Buyers must ensure that they will not be left unsupported or confused after the purchase. A reliable AED requires ongoing monitoring to ensure it is ready for immediate activation when needed. Therefore, it is crucial to verify that your supplier provides comprehensive support beyond the initial sale. This includes professional assistance in device selection, user training, proper installation, routine maintenance, and prompt warranty services should any technical issues arise.
