PAYMENT POLICY

There are three payment methods available. Customers may choose the option that is most convenient and suitable for them:

Method 1: Cash payment made directly at our office address.

Method 2: Cash on Delivery (COD). Customers can inspect the goods at home and pay in cash to the delivery staff upon receipt.

Method 3: Bank transfer in advance. Customers transfer payment in advance, and we will proceed with delivery according to the agreed terms or contract.

Notes

  • Please clearly state your full name, phone number, and address in the transfer details. After receiving the transfer, we will contact you to confirm and arrange delivery.

  • If, after the agreed time, we fail to deliver the goods or provide a response, customers may submit a complaint directly to our head office and request compensation if they can prove that the delay negatively affected their business.

  • Customers wishing to purchase in large quantities for business or wholesale purposes are kindly requested to contact us directly to receive appropriate pricing policies. Payment for such orders will be carried out according to a contract.
