The Wellbeing Health Education Organization agrees to exchange products in cases where the wrong product is delivered, the product is damaged during delivery, or the product meets all exchange conditions as outlined below:
Original packaging, seals, labels, and all included accessories or promotional items (if any) remain intact and complete;
The product has not been used;
The product is clean, undamaged, and free from any unusual odors;
No signs of prior use;
Original purchase invoice and delivery note are intact, without erasures or alterations;
Customers may exchange for the same product type (different model/size) or for a product of higher value (with payment of the price difference, if applicable).
We accept exchanges or refunds for products confirmed by delivery staff to have manufacturer defects at the time of delivery.
Promotional or discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers wish to change model or type without prior notice;
Product damage caused by improper use or failure to follow instructions;
Customers have inspected and signed for the product, then request a return/exchange due to external appearance issues (scratches, dents, stains, etc.).
Customers must ensure the product meets all return/exchange conditions set by Wellbeing Health Education Organization.
Send an email stating the reason for return/exchange along with photos of the product in its original condition to:

Call the Wellbeing hotline 0867 886 911 to notify us of the product condition.
Once return/exchange eligibility is confirmed, please repackage the product in its original condition, including all relevant documents, and send it to:

Upon receipt, Wellbeing will inspect the product and contact the customer regarding the exchange or refund process.
⚠️ Wellbeing reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product does not meet the stated conditions.

Wellbeing response: within 24 hours
Customer sends returned product: within 48 hours after confirmation
Wellbeing ships replacement: within 72 hours after receiving returned goods

Wellbeing ships replacement: within 120 hours after receiving returned goods
Shipping costs for sending returned products to Wellbeing are borne by the customer and paid directly to the shipping provider.
Shipping costs for sending exchanged products back to the customer are also borne by the customer, except in cases where the return/exchange is due to manufacturer defects or delivery errors caused by Wellbeing.
Applicable shipping fees follow the delivery fee and delivery time policies stated above.
