Circular No. 19/2016/TT-BYT dated June 30, 2016, issued by the Ministry of Health on ‘Guidelines for Occupational Hygiene Management and Workers’ Health,’ clearly stipulates the requirements for first aid and emergency response activities in the workplace.

The In-House First Aid Training Course complies with HSE guidelines and provides a comprehensive set of practical skills essential for workplace first responders, enabling them to confidently handle emergency first aid situations. The course is designed based on the principles of Easy to Learn – Easy to Understand – Easy to Practice, making it suitable for all employees working in high-risk environments such as manufacturing plants, construction sites, warehouses, and similar settings.

Course Information

  • Target participants: Managers, supervisors, and employees of organizations and enterprises

  • Instructors: 100% medical doctors graduated from medical universities

  • Duration: 3 hours; 6 hours; 8 hours

  • Training location: On-site training at enterprises to enhance hands-on effectiveness in real working environments

  • Class size commitment: Maximum of 30 participants per class to ensure optimal individual support

  • Certification: Participants receive a First Aid Certificate valid for up to 1 year upon course completion, in accordance with regulations of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs

Course Content

The training program focuses on practical skills for handling common emergencies in production and industrial settings, including:

  • Basic principles of first aid

  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills

  • Emergency response to stroke and cardiac arrest

  • First aid procedures for electrical shock

  • Bleeding control and wound care

  • Fracture immobilization

  • Safe casualty transportation

  • Additional first aid skills tailored to the specific conditions of each enterprise
