Office First Aid Training Course

The Office First Aid Training Course for businesses provides essential first aid skills along with initial response procedures for medical emergencies occurring in offices, production areas, or business premises, in compliance with regulations issued by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.

With the principle that ‘theory must go hand in hand with practice,’ participants will directly practice first aid skills under the guidance of Wellbeing’s doctors throughout the course. By applying a hands-on, step-by-step teaching approach combined with realistic simulated scenarios, learners can easily identify mistakes and retain correct knowledge more effectively.

All training manikins and equipment used by Wellbeing for hands-on practice meet international standards and are certified by the American Heart Association (AHA), ensuring accurate assessment of learners’ skills.”

General Information

• Target participants: Managers, supervisors, and employees of organizations, institutions, and enterprises

• Instructors: 100% medical doctors graduated from medical universities

• Duration: 3 hours; 6 hours; 8 hours

• Training location: On-site training at enterprises to enhance hands-on effectiveness in real working environments

• Class size commitment: Maximum of 30 participants per class to ensure optimal individual support

• Certification: Participants receive an official Red First Aid Certificate valid for up to 1 year upon course completion, in accordance with regulations of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs

Program Content

The training program focuses on practical skills for handling common emergency situations in offices and business environments, including:

• Basic principles of first aid

• Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills

• Emergency response to stroke and cardiac arrest

• First aid procedures for electrical shock

• Bleeding control and wound management

• Fracture immobilization

• Safe casualty transportation

• Additional first aid skills tailored to the specific conditions of each enterprise or organization
