• Performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) correctly.
• Accessing and operating an AED safely and effectively.
• Coordinating CPR and AED use during a cardiac emergency.
• Working as a team to respond to workplace emergencies.

The entire training program is delivered directly by Wellbeing’s team of doctors and experienced professionals, combining concise theoretical instruction with extensive hands-on practice using modern training manikins and equipment.

From an Unfamiliar Medical Device to a Skill Employees Can Use with Confidence

For many participants, an AED may initially seem like a complicated medical device intended only for healthcare professionals. However, after receiving clear instruction and repeated hands-on practice, using an AED becomes much more straightforward and approachable.

Participants learn not only how to switch on the device, attach the electrode pads, and follow its voice prompts, but more importantly, when an AED should be used and how to combine AED use with CPR in a real cardiac arrest situation. Repeated practice helps replace initial uncertainty with greater confidence, calmness, and readiness to act when faced with an emergency.
